The cost of returning the item to us in original, undamaged condition is your responsibility.
Note: To qualify for our Returns Policy, all products, including complete water filter systems and replacement water filter cartridges must be in new, unused condition and be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to health and safety reasons), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted.
Damaged or Faulty products
Should one of our products arrive damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace the product or, if preferred, issue a full refund. We will also cover all delivery charges in relation to return of damaged or faulty goods.
Availability of Products
All products on our website are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your order within a reasonable time frame. Occasionally, advertised products on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available, then send the balance of the order when it is in stock. Alternatively, we will issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.
Processing & Shipping
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Special orders and made-to-order products will be processed and dispatched once they are made available. We use Australia Post to send out most of our orders. Delivery times with Australia Post can vary, but is usually between 5-10 business days. Shipping includes handling and all packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.
